We Automate What You Already Run
No new software to roll out. We’re engineers and data people — we look at what you already run, find where the manual work is and automate it. Same systems, no human in the loop.
The tools already work. What’s missing is one layer that connects them.
A human is responsible for the space between them.
Six systems wired point to point need fifteen connections. Every one is an export, a re-key or a forwarded email that a person owns.
Everything connects through one layer.
Each system plugs in once. Six connections instead of fifteen, and the retries, logging and error handling live in one place — not with a person.
Pick an industry. See the flow.
Shipment status pulled from the WMS every fifteen minutes, matched to orders and pushed to customers — exceptions routed to a person, everything else without one.
52 of 66 hours a month didn’t need a human in the loop. 12 did.
One manufacturer, hours taken from their own records. Red is work we can automate; outlined is work that has to stay human. We’re not rounding this up — more data as we run more pilots.
Who’s doing the work
Built and run by engineers and data people who’ve operated at scale.
No sales team stands between you and the person doing the work.
How we work
01 One team, start to finish — the engineer who scopes your build in the audit oversees its delivery. No handoff to people who weren’t in the room, and no account manager relaying questions in both directions.
02 Operators, not advisors — we’ve run operations, not just advised on them. The first thing we ask for is time logs or baseline numbers rather than an architecture diagram.
03 Small on purpose — we take on work we can measure. That limits how much we run at once, and it’s why we’d rather show you one measured engagement than a wall of logos.
Let’s look at your stack.
45 minutes. We’ll ask about your systems, not your budget. If there’s nothing worth automating, we’ll tell you that too.
